Middle School Skills Camps
2 different day options of 4 different individual sessions each day. Each camp is an individual camp.

1st Contact Camp
All things first contact! This camp will help athletes learn the basics of serve receive and defense. They will learn the basics of passing and defending with specialized drills starting with basics. Individual reps will be emphasized to help all athletes progress over the training session. All positions are welcome to attend this camp.

Setting Camp
In setting camp, athletes will develop a stronger skill base through specific setting drills and countless repetitions. Skills taught will start with setting basics and progress throughout the session.

Network Camp (Blocking and Hitting)
This camp will include hitting and blocking drills. Athletes will be taught how to improve their game at the net. Attacking and blocking fundamentals will be repped out throughout the session. All positions are welcome to attend this camp.

Serving Camp
This camp is for all skill levels and will introduce the basics of servings. Different varieties of serving will also be taught. There will be numerous serving reps throughout the session. All positions are welcome to attend this camp.

What to Bring
Please pack snacks such as fruit or protein bars. All campers should bring a filled water bottle and there will be coolers set up for refilling. Dress comfortably; t-shirt, shorts, socks and athletic shoes, knee pads are recommended.
Supervision
The coaching staff will supervise all camp participants during instructional settings and lunch breaks. No camper will be allowed to walk unsupervised through campus for any reason.
Trainers
Athletic trainers will be on duty throughout each volleyball camp. The trainers will deliver medical attention to anyone who becomes injured or ill and will dispense primary athletic training needs.
